Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
